Only a flat stroll to Main Street with restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket, Airlie lagoon, beach and ferry terminal. The moment you walk into this luxury apartment your eyes will be drawn to the sun drenched balcony and its uninterrupted views of Port of Airlie’s Marina, its beautiful boats and the lush Mandalay Hill beyond. The apartment has recently been refurbished by its Melbourne owners who are fortunate enough to call Airlie Breezes their home during the winter months. McKenzie Archer Interiors transformed this apartment into a homely coastal chic space. There are two bedrooms - a king and a queen both with ensuite bathrooms, a European laundry, and a fully equipped kitchen, including Miele appliances for those who like to self cater. The complex has a large resort style swimming pool, heated hot tub, sun loungers, a full sized tennis court and BBQ facilities that are free to use during your stay with us. A single complimentary underground security parking space is also provided. However there’s no need for a car here! There are bus and private transfers available from the Proserpine/Whitsunday Coast Airport. You can also fly into Hamilton Island and ferry across to the Boathouse. The Boathouse is located a short flat walk to the Ferry terminal where many sightseeing trips depart from. The Boathouse itself has cafes, restaurants and retail outlets, however a short five minute stroll will take you to the Airlie Beach Lagoon, the beachfront, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket, Saturday markets and tour booking offices. Airlie Breezes at the Boathouse has everything you could hope for for your tropical escape! Guests have access to the large swimming pool, spa, bbq, tennis courts and a single complimentary security underground car space with elevator from the carpark to the apartment level. If you’re a tennis enthusiast than byo rackets and balls (unfortunately reception doesn’t hire them) Guests can contact me, Rachel your host through AirBnb messages. Keycards to access the apartment are in the letterbox. You will be provided with the letterbox code 24-48 hours before your checkin.

Head to Airlie Beach along Shute Harbour Rd, continue driving straight through the roundabout along the Airlie Esplanade (Airlie Main St), turn right at the second roundabout into Coconut Grove, turn left at the next roundabout into Shute Harbour Rd, turn left into Port Drive, at the next roundabout head straight through. You have arrived at the Boathouse!
You’ll find the swipe access card in the locked letter box which is located outside reception to the left hand side. (when facing reception)
Then continue driving straight past reception and turn right into the underground car park entrance. (Signage to retail parking)
Drive down into carpark and swipe car on right hand side of driveway to open carpark security door. Park in the car space marked 105.
Take elevator in security carpark to level 1.
